DEVELOPMENT WINS COMMUNITY OF THE YEAR AWARD
The New Jersey Shore Builders Association (NJBA) has echoed
the sentiment of the home buying public by presenting Matzel
Development with a dozen commendations for its Covington
Village community, the first ever adult midrise community
built in Ocean County. Headquartered in Ocean Township, Monmouth
County, Matzel Development received 12 awards at the second
annual F.A.M.E. Awards ceremony held on February 17 at the
Grand Marquis in Old Bridge.
Highlighting the citations received
by the builder, was the prestigious Community of the Year
Grand Award for Best Attached Adult Community, acknowledging
excellence
covering the entire spectrum the community’s design and marketing characteristics.
Matzel Development was further well represented, by receiving awards for Best
Marketing Director and Best Sales Manager. In addition, the builder garnered
awards in the active adult category for Best Adult Community Logo Design; Best
Community Brochure; Best Interior Merchandising; Best Landscaping; Best Signage;
Best Sales Office; Best Architectural Product Design; Best Direct Mail Piece;
and Best Special Promotion/Event for a Community.
The NJBA is a professional trade
association comprised of homebuilders, remodelers, materials suppliers, subcontractors,
lending institutions and others involved
in housing and building related fields. The F.A.M.E. (Fabulous Achievement
in Marketing Excellence) Awards are presented to professionals
representing all
aspects of the building industry in dozens of categories.
