OPENING PLANNED AT COVINGTON VILLAGE
The builder of the multiple award-winning Covington Village
active adult community is reminding homebuyers to mark their
calendars for Sunday, June 26, when the highly anticipated
Grand Opening of the community clubhouse will take place
beginning at 1 p.m. In light of the over 200 attendees who
visited the Clubhouse Preview held in May, builder Matzel
Development is expecting an even stronger showing for this
one-time-only event.
“If the Clubhouse Preview was any indication of the
interest in the many lifestyle advantages of Covington Village,
the upcoming Grand Opening will be
one of the most exciting events to take place in Ocean County this summer,” said

continue at a rapid pace, we have already opened Phase IV, the clubhouse is
complete and our entire staff is expecting a big turnout at the Grand Opening,” she

The 11,400 sq. ft. clubhouse will serve as the centerpiece
