PREVIEW SPURS SALES AT COVINGTON VILLAGE
Homebuyers continued to affirm the lifestyle benefits available
at the elegant Covington Village community in northern Ocean
County, by making several purchases following the recent
preview of the serene neighborhood’s clubhouse scheduled
to open next month. No less than 10 sales contracts were
signed during the following week, as the award-winning builder,
Matzel Development, prepares to begin Phase II of this midrise
condominium community with prices starting in the high $100,000’s.
Hundreds of visitors attended the clubhouse preview, and
then went on to experience the spacious, care-free homes
that garnered five 2005 S.A.M. (Sales And Marketing)

added that, while the builder is beginning Phase II, there are some Covington
