HOMEBUYERS INVITED TO SUPER BOWL PARTY BEFORE BIG GAME
With the big game not kicking off until the evening of February 3, what’s a football fan to do during Super Bowl Sunday afternoon? For homebuyers 55 or better, the answer is a big pre-game party in the community clubhouse at Matzel Development’s Covington Village in Ocean County. From 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., football enthusiasts in general and Giants supporters in particular will experience what this two-time community of the year is all about. Visitors will enjoy great food and refreshments for the duration of the event, as well as tours of the model homes. Covington Village is conveniently located near Route 70 and the Garden State Parkway.
“The party will take place early enough so that visitors can enjoy the game later that evening with their friends or family,” said Marge Karahuta, the Director of Sales and Marketing for Matzel Development. “We think this is a great way for prospective buyers to get a sense of the happy times that lie ahead for them at this very special community. Current homeowners will be on hand to greet the visitors, answer their questions and show them around. ”
The model home tours will feature the three spacious condominium designs, comprised of a one bedroom, a one bedroom with den and a two bedroom floor plan. According to Karahuta, many Covington Village homeowners purchased because of the minimal maintenance involving condominium living, coupled with the ongoing activities of the clubhouse. “Buyers who have visited several other 55+ communities decided on Covington Village for the easy living that allows them more time to enjoy the clubhouse functions, the preserved wooded environment and the off-site events originating from our Lifestyle Coordinator,” Karahuta said.
In addition, the easily accessible location enables frequent visits from friends and families of the homeowners residing in northern New Jersey, Staten Island or New York City. Prices at Covington Village start in the $170,000’s, with many homes available for quick delivery.
“It’s been years since the Metropolitan Area has been this excited about a football game,” she said. “We are sure that they will also be thrilled by the beautiful homes, private living environment and the spirit of neighborhood they experience during the party.”
