COVINGTON VILLAGE WINS SECOND AWARD FOR COMMUNITY OF THE YEAR

For the second time in as many years, Matzel Development’s Covington Village has been honored with the S.A.M. (Sales And Marketing) Grand Award for Community of the Year by the New Jersey Builders Association. In a recent awards ceremony that took place at Ballys Atlantic City, the luxury condominium community for active adults also garnered four other S.A.M. awards, including Best Mid-Rise community (under $400,000); Best Landscaping Design; Best Interior Merchandising and Best Marketing Strategy.
