Jean Sena’s life-changing decision began with a typical scan of her Sunday newspaper’s Real Estate section, during which time she happened upon an advertisement for Matzel Development’s Covington Village active adult condominium community. Working as a Human Resources Representative in the town of Cranberry, located to the north and west of Covington Village, meant that accessibility to major highways was also of importance to Jean, who already has become actively involved in the community. “Being close to Route 9, Route 70 and the Garden State Parkway makes it so easy to reach any destination,” she said. “Best of all, there is practically no home maintenance to be concerned with, which gives me a lot of time to spend at the pool and the clubhouse with the many new friends I’ve made since I moved in.”

Like all Covington Village homeowners, Jean is availed of numerous shopping and dining possibilities. “There are plenty of local shops and restaurants, and the Ocean County Mall is just down the road. Sometimes I’ll take the community shuttle,” she said. “I would definitely recommend Covington Village to anyone who wants to live near the Jersey Shore, their families and everything else they value.”
